Trader Joe’s Chicken Pot Pie

This Trader Joe’s chicken pot pie has a nice flaky, golden crust, no artificial flavors and can be cooked in the microwave or the oven. It has a good amount of chunky chicken in it, along with some carrots, peas, celery and potatoes. This isn’t the best tasting chicken pot pie I’ve ever had, but it definitely is very filling, has a satisfying richness to it, and has a lot healthier ingredients than a lot of national brand chicken pot pies. This tastes a lot better with a more satisfying crispy texture when made in the regular oven, but making it in the microwave still gives you the rich, creamy chicken taste in a lot less time. If you’re looking for a frozen pot pie to satisfy you’re craving on a cold night, this hits the spot…….…….

Chicken Pot Pie at Trader Joe’s

Even though this Trader Joe’s chicken pot pie is healthier than most other pot pies, it still has a lot of calories and fat because of the incredibly rich filling and crust. How does everyone like to make this TJs chicken pot pie? If anyone has their own homemade chicken pot pie recipe, I would love to hear about it! And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
