This Trader Joe’s BBQ Chicken Pizza is full of delicious toppings like mozzarella and Gouda cheese, red onions and chicken. A nice tangy bbq sauce serves as the pizza sauce and it all comes together really well. When you take it out of the oven the crust is nice and crispy and it has a legit restaurant quality pizza taste to it. It may not be the most sophisticated or gourmet pizza, but I think it hits the spot when you don’t feel like regular old pizza and want to mix it up a bit. The two kinds of cheese with the red onions is such a good combo. It reminds me of CPK back in the day before gourmet pizzas were a thing! And this has a lot healthier ingredients I’m sure………….

Trader Joe’s Pizza- BBQ Chicken
This is yet another winner from the Trader Joe’s frozen aisle. I will say that some of the Trader Joe’s pizza can be hit or miss, but the uncured pepperoni and this bbq chicken pizza are among the best. Sometimes BBQ chicken pizza can be way too sweet or the chicken can be kind of a gross, dried out consistency. The TJs bbq chicken pizza manages to avoid both of those pitfalls, with a pleasantly tangy and not too sweet bbq sauce, and chicken that actually tastes like and is real chicken. I don’t get frozen pizza at Trader Joe’s that often, but if you are looking for just one to get, this may be it. What is everyone’s favorite Trader Joe’s frozen pizza variety? I’m curious to know if I’m missing any sneaky good ones!?……
