Trader Joe’s Baguette, Ficelle Bread Half Baked

This Trader Joe’s baguette comes in a package of two half baked breads that can easily be finished in the oven in about 10 minutes. These ficele breads have been around at TJs for a long time and can be found par baked in the bakery section near the bagels, cakes and tortillas. When you finish baking these Trader Joe’s baguettes they turn a nice golden brown, and noone will know the difference whether or not you made them from scratch or not! I sort of prefer the frozen items like croissants that you can bake since they stay fresh in the freezer, but assuming you cook these while they are still fresh, they turn out pretty well for a semi homemade bread………….

Ficelle Bread Baguettes at Trader Joe’s

Trader Joe’s bakery items can sometimes be hit or miss, but I think these are always a solid option when you want the smell and taste of fresh baked bread warm baguettes without all the work. Take these out of the oven, slather some butter on them, or dip them in olive oil and cheese. You can even make a nice melted ham and cheese sandwich with them. How does everyone like the taste and texture of these baguettes compared to a regular old Trader Joe’s baguette or other bakery items you’ve had? And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..
