This Trader Joe’s rainbow cauliflower is a great way to get a bunch of nutrients from multi colored vegetables, and is easy to make in the oven, microwave or on the stove top. Organic cauliflower can be expensive, especially the multi colored variety, so this is a good frozen vegetable option priced at under $3. I like to crisp these up in the oven tossed in a little olive oil and sea salt. I also like that these are a pretty unique item and not easy to find at a regular old grocery. I don’t think these really taste any different than normal frozen organic cauliflower, but I do like the texture. You may as well give these a try if you are sick of eating boring white cauliflower…..…….

Trader Joe’s Frozen Cauliflower
Trader Joe’s organic cauliflower comes in a few different varieties, but this is my favorite of the bunch. The four different colors of organic cauliflower make an otherwise boring frozen veggie a lot more interesting to eat and prepare. Kids also love this because of all the colors (of course it is still cauliflower though!). What does everyone think of this rainbow cauliflower?
