Trader Joe’s Keto Bites, Fudge Bites

These Trader Joe’s keto bites are little chocolate almond flavored fudge bites that are low carb, contain whey protein and mct oil, and have a good soft, chewy and sweet taste to them. These are made by a company called Du Good Snacks and are found in the health and beauty aisle near the Trader Joe’s vitamins. I’m not sure what it says about these that they aren’t really near a lot of other food products, but for keto, low carb fudge, these actually taste really good. You have to set your expectations in terms of low carb fudge brownies, that way you won’t be disappointed with these little chocolate fudge keto bites!………….

Trader Joe’s Keto Bites, Chocolate

These chocolate almond fudge bites are priced really well at under $5, especially compared to specialty health groceries that charge significantly more for these. The Du Good brand apparently is a fairly popular low carb and keto brand name, so TJs has decided to keep the Trader Joe’s name off the packaging. What does everyone think of these keto bites?! Is there another brand that people like more than this one in term of low carb and keto desserts? And if you can’t make it out to TJs, give these items a try…..

  1. Ingredients says Stevia leaf extract for sweetener but i’m pretty sure they have used also erythritol. My tummy went grazy. It doesn’t happen if i eat stevia but if erythritol- Yes!

  2. These fudge bites kept me n the toilet all morning! In the garbage they go. Taste like protein powder which is fine but diarrhea no! This happened to my friend too! He warned me after I unfortunately ate one 😅

  3. They were soooo good, especially since I started eating them after I stopped eating Junk food and carb-heavy sweets. I ate two fudge bites a day to curb my sweet cravings but Trader Joe’s discontinued them several weeks ago…so disappointed

  4. I love these Keto Fudge Bites. Been eating them since TJ started carrying them. Carry around a few in my backpack and keeps me from desiring surgery stuff. The taste is much better than other protein/fat bars!

  5. It seems that TJ decided to keep them off the shelves despite their popularity. I’m a low carbs diet person and these are not only delicious, but also the only one snack on the market with healthy ingredients that feels like homemade. So disappointed that TJ don’t sell them anymore!
