Trader Joe’s Gnocchi, Frozen pasta

This Trader Joe’s gnocchi alla sorrentina is a cheesey, tomatoey and delicious gnocchi that can be easily heated up in the microwave or on the stove top. This is one of my favorite Trader Joe’s gnocchi because the mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce combine for an amazingly rich taste. As long as you don’t overcook the gnocchi, this is a great option for an easy and quick pasta meal. You can add shrimp or chicken or whatever protein you like and you’ll be completely full after eating a bowl of this. This is right up there with Trader Joe’s sweet potato gnocchi with sage and butter in terms of richness and taste…….…….

Trader Joe’s Gnocchi alla Sorrentina

There are so many good frozen gnocchis at Trader Joe’s, both healthy and not healthy. You can always opt for the cauliflower gnocchi or kale gnocchi if you are cutting carbs, but if you are looking for a hearty Italian meal, this works really well. What is everyone’s favorite Trader Joe’s gnocchi? I’m curious to know if people have stopped buying gnocchi alla sorrentina or other ones made with real pasta now that there’s so many pasta alternatives like kale, gnocchi and sweet potatoes?! One of the best things about the Trader Joe’s frozen aisle has long been the seemingly always increasing amount of really good pasta products. And if you can’t make it out to TJs, check out these items…..
