These have a good crunch with almonds, walnuts and cashews and have grains like quinoa, buckwheat, chia seeds, teff, and amaranth. This is a really solid granola option that has been around TJs for years, in a few different types of packaging. Trader Joe’s granola and other breakfast foods have long been one of the best parts of the TJs store. There are so many good healthy options that this TJs ancient grains version can get lost in the mix. How does everyone like to eat this granola? If anyone has a really good creative recipe they make with this, let me know! I admit I’ll occasionally drizzle some honey over this ancient grain granola if I’m feeling like a sweet snack but can resist a legit sugary treat.
